9. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, please go to the confirmation email, click on your patient portal, sign in, and scroll to your upcoming appointment to cancel or reschedule. Ensure to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
10. Cancellations Canceling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of the service cost being charged to your card on file.
11. No Show Policy If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the booked service. For neurotoxin appointments, a $200 fee will apply. Repeat no-shows may lose the ability to reschedule.
12. Card on File A card is required to be on file for all scheduled services. It will only be charged in case of cancellations or no-shows.
13. Guests While unavoidable at times, guests under 13 are discouraged. This is to ensure a relaxing experience for you, as no one will be available to attend to your guest.
